Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Proven expertise in international program and project management
- Expertise in Test Management and quality assurance management
- Expertise in the insurance industry
- Strong in Agile Project Management (possibly with certification)
Skills
- Ability to lead and to create trust and team spirit
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Proficient in oral and written effective communication
- Abilities in C-suite reporting;
- High level knowledge of the IFRS17 financial reporting standard
- High level knowledge of the IFRS 9 financial reporting standard
- High level knowledge of SAP technology and cloud system architecture
- Good understanding of the ADM and IT Service Management Methodologies and best practices (i.e. ITIL)
