Automation - area Coordination & Outsourcing Controls

Within the Operations Dept., the Middle & Back Office & Funds Services Unit oversees and coordinates the middle & back-office services (trade processing, cash and security accounts management, corporate actions management, etc.) for individual portfolios and funds, and the fund services activities (operational set-up, transfer agent, etc.) to Group and third-party asset management companies.

The Middle & Back Office & Funds Services Unit is organized across three locations: Rome, Milan and Cologne.

Within the Middle & Back Office & Funds Services Unit, the Coordination & Outsourcing Oversight Unit coordinate the Support Units, manages the projects and initiatives which involve the structure Middle & Back Office & Funds Services, provides oversight for outsourced activities, both direct and indirect (i.e., NAV calculation) and monitors the primary KPIs of the structure Middle & Back Office & Funds Services.

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Maths or Economics

• Knowledge of asset & wealth management industry is a plus

• Good knowledge in English

• Good interpersonal skills

• Problem solving attitude

• Very proactive
