Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have:

A bachelor’s degree consistent with the role (economics preferred, but also degrees in humanities – e.g., psychology – if coupled with a solid operational mindset)

International exposure (study or work experience)

Prior knowledge/experience in HR and training in particular, will be considered a plus

Advanced use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook) – advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint will be considered a plus

Excellent organizational skills - PMO skills will be considered a plus
