Processes and Organizational Analysis Specialist - Fixed Term Contract

Main Skills and Previous Experiences

• Degree in Management Engineering /Economics or equivalent

• Background in organizational projects 

• Precision and accuracy

• Result orientation

• Ability to analyze and summarize

Nice to have

• Previous experience in process analysis and structure sizing projects

• Experience in the analysis and implementation of new organizational models

• Experience of organizational analysis methodologies (i.e. Lean Banking, VSM)

• Short Experience in Financial Services Consulting Firm or in the Organization of Banks
