Southern Europe Planning & Controlling Intern

In particular the successful candidate will support the team in the following activities:

• Portfolio KPIs analysis of budget

• Consolidate results and dashboards with the preparation of presentations for the top management

• Active participation in the 3-years Strategic Plan process coordination

• Prepare of the GRE consolidated strategic plan for the real estate portfolio

• IT implementation: enhance IT tools for GRE real estate portfolio

• Improve overall reporting standards

Must have:

• Degree in in Economics or Finance

• Master degree in Finance/Control Administration is a plus

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken

• Good presentation and communications skills, both verbal and written

• Good knowledge of computer work and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)

Nice to have:

• Should be a curious, creative, analytic and a numbers-oriented thinker

• Good team worker and multitasking approach

• Interesting in finance/real estate field

• Solution oriented
