The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have

• Master or University degree (preferably ongoing) and  in social science, economics or management.

• Experience in volunteering field and working with NGOs/ not for profit organizations

• Ability to deal with digital user experience and journey

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Ability to work with tight deadlines, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery

• Ability to manage multiple projects in global and complex environment

• Team worker, demonstrate a strong motivation for purpose driven activities, a clear doer mindset. Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Fluent (B2/C1 level) in English and Italian

• Experience with international working environment, mindful of cultural differences
